SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services towards the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed with regards to the large range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a superior number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The company stage designed for click here intervention sassa status ordeals a high influx of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for that Workplace to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional means to help the servicing of all consumers and improve access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
